Hey, I’m Mike. After a profound experience with a psychic medium, I was launched into the world of spirituality. Through insights, powerful books, and my own healing journey that followed, I was guided toward my true purpose - to help others heal, grow and transform.

Have you ever driven right past your destination, because your mind was elsewhere? Or been so absorbed in a movie or book that everything else fades away? You were likely in a state of hypnosis - a natural, focused state of awareness we move in and out of every day. In hypnotherapy, we access that same relaxed, focused state, and use it to help you transform.

After we talk about what you’d like to focus on, you’ll be invited to close your eyes and simply listen as I guide you into a deep state of relaxation. In this relaxed state, your subconscious mind becomes open and receptive. You may visualize powerful imagery, absorb positive suggestions, and even speak with me as insights arise - all while being aware and in control. Near the end of the session, I’ll gently guide you back into full alertness, leaving you calm, relaxed, and ready to continue your day.

While you’re in hypnosis, you remain fully aware, and in complete control. You’ll hear the sound of my voice, and be able to move and speak whenever you wish. Most people find the experience very relaxing, and notice that their mind becomes quieter than usual. Being in the hypnotic state is perfectly safe and naturally beneficial. You can come out of it whenever you choose, just by deciding to do so.

After a hypnotherapy session, you might notice you feel calmer and more at ease. People often say their mind feels more peaceful and clear. You might notice new insights and realizations arise naturally. Change can happen right away, or unfold gradually over the days following the session as your subconscious mind continues to integrate the experience.
